Session 4 - The Ugly Side of Grief

Facing Down the Demons goes toe-to-toe with the  self-destructive practices and triggers that can overwhelm us with guilt and regret and lead us to isolation, acting out, damaged relationships, depression, suicidal thoughts, and self-medicating. This chilling cycle happens to Christians and non-Christians alike. If we let them overcome us, challenging times lay ahead. This session uncovers those things that lurk in the dark, so we can prayerfully confront them and find peace.
